MJ At The Grammy Museum

Created on Tuesday, 14 February 2012 18:50 Hits: 109

While music stars attended and enjoyed this year’s Grammys, CNN/IBN visited the Michael Jackson exhibition in the Las Vegas Grammy Museum.

The stars mourned the passing of Whitney Houston, and remembered Michael, while CNN/IBN visited the Grammy Museum’s Michael Jackson exhibit. His stage outfits and other pieces of memorabilia were placed there for a three month period, in 2005, but when they learned he had died, it was decided that   the exhibition should stay in place, and is still in place to this day!

The exhibition shows off Michael’s military style sequined jackets, his designer jackets, his favourite black Fedora hat, which he wore on many occasions, and the legendary ‘Thriller’ outfit he sported on many a tour. And the biggest treat of all: handwritten lyrics of ‘Beat It.’ The exhibition also has a continuous video of Michael’s wonderful Grammy performances.

A treat indeed for any Grammy Museum visitor!
